  The staff here are not experienced, they are just soft spoken very young women. For a ridiculous cost, including 18% automatic tip and 5% tax) I had the worst manicure ever. (I have had a manicure biweekly in LA at an excellent salon so I am familiar with basic nail care). The nails were not evenly filed, there were rough snagged edges and the polish itself poorly applied. At the base of each nail the polish is uneven. Though the staff was kind and the hand massage excellent, I can not recommend the nail services. The decor and layout are also substandard to most luxury spas, out of date and not comfortable.

  Great. The ski valet is really convenient and our holiday experience was great. went skiing. The service was just a bit pricey, as it is for many four star hotels. Great service and rooms. But to open the guestroom doors, you'll need to use some strength. anyway, I like it. Will probably come again

  Amenities: pool, sauna, hot tubs work well and clean. You can feel too much chlorine indoor - their ventilation should work better.

  Service: very questionable. 1. I'm a platinum spg member. The platinum/gold member reception was empty. Therefore I talked to the regular receptionist but the guy refused to serve me and said that I have to wait for someone at platinum section. 2. When a bell boy brought my luggage to my room we missed our food bag. He said he will try to find it, but we never heared back anything from service after that.

  The Westin Resort at Whistler is located in the heart of Whistler village, 2 minute walking distance from the Whistler gondola. It is not only close to all the bars and restaurants within the village, but there are several kinds of dining options offered as well. If you'd like to spend more time in Westin, guests are always welcome to their spa treatments after a long day of skiing/boarding.

  Rooms: comfort rooms with fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Super quality tapped water.

  Location: convenient - it is just 1 min walk to the lift (whistler gondola). Close to restaurants and shoppers.
