    I was a little surprised by the hot yoga class I recently took here. The actual studio is nice but the change rooms only have one bathroom/shower, so you can imagine the lines before/after class. The instructor was frazzled and seemed overwhelmed before class. During the class she talked the whole time, almost competing with the music which was very loud - this was very different than any yoga class (hot or otherwise) that I've taken. Overall, this was not a relaxing experience but I was able to go inward and still have a good workout.
