  If you go to the Rimrock it isn’t just a meal, it is an experience. From the beautiful decor to the friendly staff my adventure at the Rim Rock was nothing short of spectacular. The oysters melted in your mouth and the tuna tartare was prepared perfectly. The herb butter on the steak was something I couldn’t get enough of. My meal may be over but I will always remember my one night at Rim Rock.

  There's a reason the ratings for Rimrock are so high, it's phenomenal. I might even go as far to say this is my favourite restaurant of all time. I've been going to the Rimrock for over 15 years, and I can honestly say the quality is still consistent. If you can ever manage saving room for dessert, the medley is fantastic (words can't even describe).

  Service was attentive and well versed in cocktails and their menu. Their menu has a lot of interesting courses. I had the elk which was a bit less flavored then steak but was definitely a choice to due to the location and foreign concept of eating elk. Everything was very tasty though but be prepared to pay $$$ at the end of the meal.

  The service is super friendly and efficient. The food is impeccable. The balance of flavors is perfectly executed. I had to consume all the sauces off each plate it was so good! This is my second time here... Last time was 3 yrs ago and the standards are just as high. Definitely recommend this place. Look out for their specials during the thanks giving weekend.

  We went here for our engagement dinner and we have to say that both the service and food was exceptional. For appetizers we had the tuna and the scallops and for mains the sablefish and the lobster. Terrific. Thanks for a great evening we will be back.
