    It can be busy when you drop by, but they take their time to make sure your a happy customer.

    Their warranty and customer service is amazing, which is tough to find these days. Bought some pedals, and they had developed a small squeak after a couple of days (rare issue). The bike shop I bought them from wanted to rebuild them; where Chromag stepped up and offered to replace them with new ones. Great to know that they have your back and support their product.
