  I cannot even express how helpful Emma was. I have been so stressed about filling my tax, as I am now living back in Australia and thought it would be impossible. Emma made everything so easy, she explained everything perfectly and was always available for any questions. I cannot recommend her enough!

  Myself and my partner had our taxes filed with Emma, she provided a service that went above and beyond. One of our accounts was quite complex and required special attention due to medical expenses and various forms etc. Emma handled it with special attention, keeping us informed at all stages. I'm so pleased we opted to process it through taxback as the complexity of the case was unexpected and we would have not been able to process it without the knowledge of emma.   Great experience! Emma is super friendly, so easy to work with and really helpful. This was the most pain free tax experience I've had in Canada. Would most definitely recommend her for all seasonal employees and long term locals. She told us what we had to have ready and what we could claim for. There is a website to see updates on the process and where it was up to. You get an estimate and can give the go ahead to file. Will definitely be returning next year. Thanks!
